Hi,

I started my GMAT prep around a month with SC.

I started my Verbal Prep with SC and used Manhattan SC 4th Edition to learn the concepts applicable to SC.

For the last one week , i have been solving 20 questions everyday from the OG 10 - SC to check accuracy of the concepts learnt. I am able to manage an accuracy of around 65- 70 % on an average.

I have only 45 questions left in OG 10 for SC and now my question is

1) Whether i should shift to OG 11 - SC solution OR,
2) I should brush up my conceptutal clarity again with other resources of SC and then shift to OG 11.

3) I am targetting 700+ score , what should be the ideal accuracy while solving OG for SC ??

4) Is it worth to go for 1000 SC for practice before OG 11 and OG 12 ??

Can any achiever guide me for the same.

Thanks

First:

In the OG materials your accuracy MUST be more than 90% if you want to get more than 700. You should learn each and every single concept from official explanation.

How should you approach:

1. Take test for 20 sentences.
2. Review for the correct and wrong sc.
3. Try to find why every wrong answers are wrong even in those sc's that you got right.
4. Make your own note. If you prepare your own note, you will be able remember those more than reading another person's note.
5. After understanding every concepts, you go for the OG11 and OG12. You will find more than 70% repeat in those OG's. OG10 has more questions than that of OG11 and of OG12.

Second:

I have gone through the 1000 sc's. I have found that almost 60% sc's are from GMATPREP, OG, and powerprep. So studying them is good. Though there are some doubtful answers in those 1000 sc's, they are good for practice.

Hope, it helps.

Thanks.
