Does anyone know roughly what level these questions are? I was having a relatively okay time with the questions up until #140+ and was wondering if these questions would be considered maybe 600+ or 700+?
It's natural to 'have an Okay time till Q.130/140 and start noticing a rise in difficulty levels after that'.
You do start encountering some good questions after Q.140 in OG (DS). I'd say that from Q.140 - Q.176, there are about 10 questions that are 700+ level but there are some really easy questions also.
So, there are good chances that the questions that you are finding really tough are of 700+ levels.
