you can use vocabulary.com to work on your vocab. Also it is better not to just mug up but learn using the contextual meaning. This site will give your tons of vocab list.

Hope it helps.

Hi Varun, please let us know in which stage you are, in terms of GMAT preparation and where you think a good vocab would have helped.

GMAT does not really test you on vocab. Hence, it would help to understand the actual section you are facing problem on.

Dear sir,

my main problem lies when i could not understand the question

and in most of the cases example CR ,RC i did not understand few particular words so i choose
entire opposite sense

here are few words which become unclear or i do not know their meaning so i interpret them
reverse and found my answer choice THE ONE WHICH IS ABSURD

how to improve LOGICAL understanding for difficult meanings ?

@ varun well its very hard to make any blatant statement as to how vocabulary can help ur comprehension because honestly nobody but you can understand how ur struggling with difficult words .
i do agree that basic understanding of words helps comprehension but i will not stress too much on it .one more thing if someone promises to improve ur vocabulary overnight then its nothing but a false promise .u got to work on it depending on how weak ur .but trust me its not that difficult to learn words .also plz remember logical inference in gmat does not require that big vocabulary ,i mean no one expects u to know the meaning of gung ho for that matter .so dont panic and keep practicing ,eventually u will improve .BTW gung ho means enthusiastic
