If you need additional questions to study then you will want to know that you get over 150 new questions in the OG 13. There is also a new integrated reasoning section and online integrated reasoning practice.

The new questions are also more recent than the questions they replaced from the OG12. I would say that if you can get the book at a reasonable price that it is worth it. But if your test is very soon or if you have not completed the OG 12 yet then you could wait.

Bottom Line: I would get the newer book as well.
