Achiever--

I think the Manhattan GMAT Quant materials are the best in the biz.

As an instructor for Manhattan GMAT, I am a bit biased (haha!), but I did not become an Instructor until after I took the Manhattan GMAT class and used the books to help me get a 760.

Specifically, they can help you through any level. If you are truly starting from scratch, there is the Foundations of Math Guide that explains major math concepts from square one. If you need some brushing up, the individual strategy guides are extremely helpful and well-written. And if you need Advanced Quant, the MGMAT Advanced Quant Guide is one of the most challenging and cleverly-conceived books I've come across. It might even be a touch more difficult than the GMAT itself.

I know that is vague, but they worked for me, and please contact me if I can be of any more specific assistance!
