compare need to have a "to / with" and in choice D, it gives off the impression that Freud and Skinner each have one view of human behavior.

Dear Pankaj,
This is a very basic question, I suggest you do a thorough reading of the SC notes posted in this forum and SC flash cards before even attempting to solve SC questions. I made the same mistake of randomly trying to solve question but ended up wasting a lot of time. Master the SC notes and then do these questions. It will help you immensely.
