I have some messages in Outbox but not in Sent. Why is that? Additionally, I cannot find a Help link or FAQ. Am I missing something?
This threw me at first also.
The message remains in your Outbox until the recipient actually opens the message. Then it moves to the Sent folder.
However, this does not necessarily mean that the recipient has not read your message, since people do receive an email when a message appears in their inbox, and this message can be read in the body of the email.
