Let 'm' be number of males and 'f' be number of females.
(2) tells us that (9.8*m + 9.1*f) / (m+f) = 9.3.
i.e. 0.5m = 0.2f. We can hence compute m/f ratio.
Sufficient.
(1) is not sufficient. Without knowing the number of females or some
relation between average experience between males and females,
we cannot compute the ratio.
