Value of odd integer s

by dxgamez » Thu Mar 18, 2010 5:59 am
I came across this qn in jumbotests and could not understand why the ans is A. 1 alone is sufficient. S can be 3,5,7 and 9 right?

Qn: what is the value of odd integer s?

1. 1<s<10
2. sqrt of s is also odd integer

Please help!

It should be option C. It is obvious s can be 3,5,7,9 from (1) and from (2) we know that s is 9.
Or you are missing something in this part Qn: what is the value of odd integer s?
