Hello GMATers,
Everybody talks about what to study and what to eat during the breaks and all kind of jazz but I really have not heard how to use the test booklet in most effective way.
Before each section, you have 1 minute before you click to start the test.
For the Quant:
I usually divide my booklet into two with a line so I do not write all over the place. I also put 5 66 and 10 56 on the first page, which tells me how many minutes I should have left at 5th and 10th question. I carry on this to the next pages and put 15 46, 20 36...etc..
For the Verbal:
This time I use the 5 67, 10 58 ( + 5 Questions, - 9 Minutes ) and I mark L for the long RC passage and S for the short RC passage so I can better use my time by knowing what I have in front of me.
BUT I am getting lost especially in the verbal after staring at screen and sometimes all SC choices look the same!!! Like an illusion!
SO , please share any methods for how to use the booklet and how to remain focused ?
Thank you,
Logitech
