the whole clause(will purchase.... ) is a part of deal. so importantly it should be "as a part of some deal". Also will purchase is parallel to will make, this thing is not followed here.

the usage "as a part of a deal" is NOT WRONG BUT LESS PREFERRED TO "as part of a deal" in option E.
