dinosaur

Some paleontologists believe that certain species of dinosaurs guarded their young in protective nests long after the young hatched. As evidence, they cite the discovery of fossilized hadrosaur babies and adolescents in carefully designed nests. But similar nests for hatchlings and adolescents are constructed by modern crocodiles, even though crocodiles guard their young for only a very brief time after they hatch. Hence_______

which one of the following most logically completes the argument

for this I was definitely stuck between the last 2

d- it is unclear whether what we learn about hadrosaurs from their fossilized remains tells us anything about other dinosaurs

e- the construction of nests for hatchlings and adolescents is not strong evidence for the paleontologists belief

IMO E because there is the evidence is introduced the last sentence which contradicts the first sentence. Showing that what the paleo's believed is not strong enough.

1min 30 sec.

E : Last line provides the evidence that contradicts the paleontologists belief.
Hence the statement concluding one should make a conclusion that would oppose the paleontologist belief.
E does the best.

D : tells about "hadrosaurs" from fossils, which is not a point of discussion here. ---ruled out

I have seen that many OAs given were basically very controversial.

Also, I don't trust some banned companies like GMAT+, GMAT avenue, GMAT Cram, GMAT zone.....bla.....bla....bla......simply because they try to change the typical OG questions to completely different category having no sense and confusing BTG people here.

I will only say that - if we are just copying the questions from other forums like urch and GMAT club and pasting here in BTG, we should also check their original source. If it is from a reputed company like Kaplan, MGMAT , Princeton or directly from OG's/GMAT prep then its OK. But, we should avoid pasting questions from FAKE/banned companies that can confuse BTG people. And yes, that would also affect the quality of questions.

hope you would agree!

Hrishi,

yeah exactly , I mean the same. U will never believe me man....a CR posted reg Biofuel & Gasoline has been viewed by more 600 people & 25 replies for no use...

But really man i am tired of seeing "crappy" questions from newbies which are very poor in scale...

Whats teh fun is solving a 600 grade quesry & feeling contented..

And u can notice, the answers to my LSAT questions are very less max 2..... This shows people are happy with poor questions rather than quality authenticated questions!!

Wat do u say??

Not exactly......your questions are getting just 2-3 replies because it has a definite OA that people would mostly agree with.
And they are from a reputed source also.

The questions getting 9 -10-15 or more replies because their OAs are controversial and no one knows source.
When there is no definite OA ,people will naturally have conflicts right?

You keep posting questions brother....I would definitely say- they are of good quality! No issues whatsoever.
