Sorry to hear you are stuck in a rut! While not common, it certainly happens. Keep in mind that large differences in scores in GMAT retakes are even more uncommon. You can read more about that here: https://officialgmat.mba.com/2012/12/04/ ... t-testing/.

How did you study in between the tests? While it's true that people generally don't make much improvement between tests, it can be done.
