As I finished my GMATPrep practice test, the screen changed to "calculating score"......and then stayed there for 15 minutes, forcing the program to crash.
After restarting GMATPrep and looking at the practice tests, it appears as if I have not taken any practice tests.
I have combed the FAQs and sent in a request to their help.
PLEASE tell me there is some way to retrieve my score...
