Can someone better show the simplification breakdown? V(16)(20)+(8)(32) all of that in a sq root (V). In the book the break it down to V(16)(20)+(16)(16) but then they have V(16)(20+16) = V16 V20+16 how is that? what happened to one of the 16? Thx!

Sqrt(16*20+16*16)=sqrt[16(20+16)]=sqrt(16) * sqrt(20+16) = 4*sqrt(36) = 4*6 =24.
