The flight from Hartfield to Weatherford took Leslie exactly 2 hours
Clearly none of the statements are individually sufficient.

1 and 2 Together: Leslie covered 470 miles in 2 hours.
Hence, his average speed was 470/2 = 235 miles per hour.
This means at some point his speed was more than 235 miles per hour or his speed was 235 miles per hour throughout the journey.

Sufficient

The correct answer is C.
