Stacy,
I just received my score of 680 (Q44 V39) and am somewhat disappointed as I've received Q47 and Q48 on practice tests (MGMAT and GMATPrep respectively). I am considering potentially retaking the GMAT. I am wondering if you could share your thoughts on my admission prospects and my overall profile.
Age: 22
GMAT: Male
University: University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business- Finance/Accounting
GPA: 3.8 / 4.0
Will be working in Silicon Valley with a top social media company doing business strategy and corporate development
Planning to apply for b-school in 2018
GMAT: 680 ( considering taking it again)
Thanks in advance for your help!
Best,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your post, you have a strong candidacy. In regards to the GMAT, I would recommend you take the GMAT again. One thing that is important to remember is that in your business school application, your highest GMAT score is self-reported. For this reason, admissions teams focus on your best score, and there isn't any harm in taking the test again.
