sentence correction

(A) as it has been
(B) as it has done
(C) which it has
(D) which it has been
(E) which it had been

looking for the correct answer for the above.

I think its A
GMAT score is equally counted as your GPA and 78 clicks can change you life.

tense wise D is also correct but A is better here...
