Question is: Is a/(bc) an integer?
(1) c = 2 implies we have to find if a/2b is an integer.
If a = 1, b = 2, then a/2b is NOT an integer.
If a = 4, b = 2, then a/2b is an integer.
No definite answer; NOT sufficient.
(2) a = b + c
a/(bc) = (b + c)/bc = b/(bc) + c/(bc) = 1/c + 1/b
Now it is given that a , b, and c are positive distinct integers, so 1/c + 1/b cannot be an integer. This means a/(bc) is NOT an integer; SUFFICIENT to answer the question.
The correct answer is B.
