Is the standard deviation of Set A greater than or equal to the standard deviation of Set B?

1) Set B can be formed by dividing each value in Set A by 4
2) Set A consists of 7 unique numbers

The rule of Standard deviation is that it gets multiplied/divided by the number say x, when each integer of the set is multiplied/divided respectively by x,

A) Hence standard deviation of B= 1/4 * standard deviation of A=
=> S.D. of B< S.D. of A

B) A can be greater than, equal to or less than B, all 3 cases possible, hence insufficient
