(1) $d$ is divisible by $25.$
(2) $d$ is divisible by $40.$

1) for d=25 , √25 <15. NO
for d=625,. √625>15. YES
INSUFFICIENT

2) for d=40, √40 <15. NO
For d=400, √400<15 YES
INSUFFICIENT
On Combining both 1 and 2,
d is divisible by 200
For d=200, √200<15. NO
For d=400, √400>15. YES
INSUFFICIENT
