1) Depends on what angle measurements triangles have.
The area of an equilateral triangle with sides =A will be always less than the area of the isosceles right triangle with a leg=A.
You should remember one thing - Of all polygons with fixed (equal) perimeter, a polygon with right angles will have the greatest area. And vice versa. Of all polygons with fixed area, a polygon with right angles has the least perimeter.

2) Yes, all of this numbers are multiples of 7.
Note : 0 - is a multiple of every number.
