I am following the 60 day guide provided by Beat the GMAT and I have reached the 8th and 9th Day, only to practise and realise I am very weak at the following two topics:
1. Exponents and Roots
2. Inequalities
I could score only 70% of the question right that I practised using the Official Guide 13th Ed.
Can someone please suggest something I can do?
Also if you could provide a exhaustive LIST of all the rules/methods/strategies applied in GMAT for solving problems related to above two, it would be a great help.

The two resources that one can use in conjunction with the 60-Day Study Guide (GMAT Prep Now and MGMAT) both cover all of the rules/methods/strategies required to solve those kinds of problems.
So, I suggest that you find additional practice questions to work on. The best way to do this is to use BTG's tagging feature to isolate one concept.
For example, here are all of the questions tagged as Powers and Roots questions: https://www.beatthegmat.com/forums/tags/ ... -and-roots
See the left side of that linked page for more tag options.
Cheers,
Brent
