are you sure this is GMAT Problem Solving question, it has more than one answer, namely all answer choices may be selected.

i think question u r asking result shd be more than 20,000
hence ryt ans is 4.

Thanks for the help. I wish I remembered the exact wording for the question. I'm going off of memory so that's probably why the question stem is a bit confusing. Sorry about that.

not at all, i checked 551*27=14877
