The age of the Earth is approximately 1.3 X 10^17 seconds, and one year is approximately 3.2X10^7 seconds. Which of the following is closest to the age of the eath in years?

13 * 10^7* 10^9 / 3.2 * 10^7 = 4.1 * 10^9

Earth's age = (1.3 * 10^17) OR (13 * 10^16) OR (13 * 10^(9+7)) OR (13 * 10^9 * 10^7)

A year = 3.2 * 10^7

Earth's age/year = (13 * 10^9 * 10^7) / 3.2 * 10^7 = (13 * 10^9) / 3.2 = 4.1 * 10^9
