What are the ages of three brothers?

1)The product of their ages is 21
2)The sum of their ages is not divisible by 3

The answer is E

Question - In such type of questions, where ages are considered - do we assume that the ages are not integers? unless it is mentioned ?

Ages can be fractions as well. One will be half an year old after six months of his/her birth!!!

In all of the age-related questions I've seen, we are only concerned with integers.
