It would be great to see the sources for many of these questions. I would caution you against studying any material that is not clearly sourced from a reputable author. For example, this DS question is well outside the scope of what the GMAT would test because the formal use of Set Congruence is a topic better found in abstract math (and definitely not within the realm of GMAT quant). The word congruent, in terms of sets, does NOT mean that they are equal or the same, it defines a relationship that correlates the elements of each. This is actually a very complex topic so again, I caution you:

Studying the WRONG thing is actually WORSE than studying nothing at all!! If you want to do well on the GMAT, definitely limit your study materials to only those authored by reputable sources. If you're ever unsure of a source's reputation, PLEASE ask an expert here!!
