in other words the question asks how many digits the number is shifted to the right in decimal representation of 1/[(2^12)*(5^6)]
1/[(2^6)*(2*5)^6]=1/[(2^6)*(10)^6]=(1/10)^6 *1/(2^6)=0.SIX ZEROS_64
c
1/[(2^6)*(2*5)^6]=1/[(2^6)*(10)^6]=(1/10)^6 *1/(2^6)=0.SIX ZEROS_64
