(1/2)/(A+B)=1/4, find A?

condition restated as (A+B)=1/2

st(1) 1/(A+B)=2 the same as given condition (A+B)=2 Not Sufficient
st(2) A<B, A=1/2-B and (1/2-B)<B
1/2<2B, 1/4<B. If B>1/4, then A<1/4 can be anything Not Sufficient

combining st(1&2): Not Sufficient
