word problem

The sales price of a certain item is D, and the sales tax is P percent. If someone paid $20 for the item and got change of C, is the sales price greater than $15?
1). C<5
2). P=6

Is D>15?

20 - D(1+P)/100 < 5
D(1+P)/100 > 15

Insufficient

20 - D(1 + P/100) = C
20 - D(106/100) = C

Combining the 2 statements
D(106/100)>15
