Both conditions together tell that it is a rectangular. Any one by itself is insufficient.

IMO:C.

What is the OA?

Thanks.

St.1 A rectangle is defined as a quadrilateral where all four of its angles are right angles. Only two angles are similar. Insufficient.

St.2 If diagonals are of same length, it has to constitute a rectangle. Here diagonals are of same length. But it is also true for a square. Insufficient.

Taking both, From st.1 AB || CD because of right angles and from st.2 we got equal diagonals.
