Is point C has the same distance from point A(-3,-3) and point B(1,-3)?
1). C lies on the line x=-1
2). C lies on the line y=-3

If C is equidistance from A(-3,-3) and point B(1,-3), then the cordinate of C will be

C = [( -3+1 )/2, (-3-3)/2 ] = ( -1,-3)

1. C lies on the line x=-1 : y can take any value, hence insufficient.

2. C lies on the line y=-3 : X can take any value, hence insufficient.

we need both : ( -1,-3) , so it is C.

Hope this helps !!
