In the xy-plane, both line K and L intersect with axis-y. Is K's intercept with axis-y greater than that of line L?
1). K's intercept with axis-x is greater than that of L.
2). K and L have the same slope.

1.L1 and L2 are two ways intersecting K with x intercept of K > x int of L. Without knowing the slope we cannot determine the answer. INSUFF.

2.L1 and L2 are two conditions that match the criteria and one has y intercept greater than that of K's while other is less than that of K's. INSUFF.

Combining both we can say both are parallel with x intercept of K > x int of L, y intercept should be greater.

IMO C.

Both pictures are for their respective statements in that particular order.
