Here you have not mentioned the order of the points. But I assume them in a sequential order (from left to right)
A B C D E F
AC = AB + BC
DF = DE + EF
1) AB < DE Insufficient
2) BC > EF Insufficient
Using both,
We still don't know which side is greater.
If AB = 2, DE = 4 and BC = 2 , EF = 1 then AC < DF
If AB = 2, DE = 4 and BC = 6 , EF = 1 then AC > DF
Insufficient (Ans E)

Statement 1: Insufficient. No Information about B or F
Statement 2: Insufficient No Information about A or D
Combining AB+BC=AC
and DE+EF=DF but Still No Conclusion
Statement 2: Insufficient No Information about A or D
