78. If p, q and r are none zero, lines p*x +q*y=r and 3*x+5*y=2 coincide?
1). The relation between p and q, we can get q=(5/3)p
2). The relation between p and r, we can get r=(2/3)p

IMO [spoiler]A[/spoiler] because slope will be equal and lines will be parallel
