How to start GMAT preparation

Hi,
I am working in IT industry from last 5 and 1/2 years and now planning to take GMAT exam. So any kind of guidance on where and how should i start will be very helpful as I am not in touch with study from long time.

Browse around this forum.

There are lot of posts. especially in the I beat the GMAT forum. Also go through the book reviews and Self study pages. Information is nearly complete in all this.
