Tricky x-y/x+y question

The answer should be C, how is it E.

Since x>0 and y<0
x-y/x+y
will become x+y/x-y.
so this is greater than 1.

Am I missing something..

x-y/x+y>1? or x-y/x+y - x+y/x+y >0 or -2y/x+y>0?

1. x>0 insuf we dont know if x+y><0><0>0kai y<0><0 so insuf

2. insufficient, we dont know if x+y>0

taken together again we dont know if x+y>0 but only that x>0 and y<0
