In evaluating the argument, the percentage of women in the workforce who were not employed in the information agency is not needed, because, the percentage of women who were employed in the information industry has been provided in the argument.

Option B - Incorrect
The argument is not concerned with women who are now retired and have worked in the information agency.

Option C - Incorrect
The argument is not concerned with the percentage of women who were promoted to managerial positions within the information service industry.

Option D - Correct
To know the difference between the percentage of women and men who are employed into the industry over then years and to evaluate the argument, it is essential also to know the percentage of men who were employed in the industry within 1885 and 1995.

Option E - Incorrect
The argument is not about the eligibility of men for employment in the information services industry.
