Hello,
My name is Aditya. And I wish to pursue PhD in Organization Behavior/Human Resource Management from reputed business school. (USA Preferred).
I am an average performer in academics. But I have taken part in many extra-curricular activities. And have keen interest to gain knowledge and to learn.
I want to pursue career as Teacher and Researcher in Human Resources.
I am yet to give GMAT & TOEFL, but expect to score decent between 600-700.
Kindly go through my profile, and suggest me appropriate colleges and GMAT scores expected?
Also what else is required for PhD?
I am targeting colleges with full scholarship for tuition fees( Which is given by mostly all colleges for PhD)

2004:High School(10th): 80%
2006:Inter College(12th):65%
2007-2011:Engineering(B.Tech- Information Technology)[From State College]:70%
2013-2015:PGDM(Equivalent to MBA by Indian Government Authority (AIU)) [Narsee Monjee Insititute of Management Studies(Among top 20 in India)]- Currently in 2nd Year, 2.7/4.0 CGPA.
Work Experience(Total Experience:16 months, With Internships:19 months):
Internship in Fiserv India Pvt. Ltd ( Among Fortune 500) in ASP.NET based project. (June,2010-July,2010)
Worked in HCL Bserv as Technical Officer( September,2011-March,2012)
Worked in Birlasoft Pvt. Ltd. as Software Engineer (August,2012-May,2013)
Internship in Tata Housing under CSR team( February,2014)
Internship in Semac Consultants as HR Intern(April,2014-June,2014)
Extra-Curricular:
Presented two research papers in International Conferences in 2011,2012.
Certificate in ASP.NET, Ethical Hacking.
Certificate in Behavioral Economics, International Human Rights, Justice from different international colleges through edx.org (Online).
Diploma in Psychology(Online).
Worked in various committees as member in college (Both Engineering & MBA).
President of HR Club in college.
Took part in many events, quizzes, debates upto National level.
Hobbies:
Reading books, writing short stories and poems, blogging (www.zotdown.com), cooking, watching movies.
