I would appreciate a profile evaluation. I am applying to Wharton, Kellogg, Michigan and Stern. Should I also apply to two "safety" schools? Which schools would fall in that category given my profile?

Hello,

From your information it does appear that you are qualified and competitive for the programs you mention. Of course, some are tougher admits than others among them, and they’re all “reach” for anybody to a certain extent. But I would consider them to be reasonable reaches for you.

You should apply at a safety school or two if you feel you must get in this year. One such program might be Georgetown. Others would be Kelley (Indiana) and Marshall. Also, consider some of the excellent European programs, such as IMD. Good luck with your MBA plans!

Thank you for the feedback. I guess I would rather wait another year and apply again to the top 10 programs. Thank you.
