Hi dear,

Look before making corection mean was 360,(i.e. 680,450,360,210,190)

now after correction new mean is 330, means you can make correction in 450 and 190 only.

450-330=120 i.e A's sale is 450-120=330 and C's sale is 190+120=310
A's sale is higher than C's sale
or
330-190=130 i.e. A's sale is 450-130=320 & C's sale 190+130=320
A's sale is same as C's sale.
but it is given that after making correction A' sale is high than c's, Hence you can mark the 120k is the ans.

Hi dextr,

It is clear that one of the value is $330,000 as it is median of a set of odds. Now, correction is to be done in Ann's and Cal's sales with a condition that Ann's sales is greater than Cal's.
make tha Ann's sales $330,000 and Cal's $310,000. This satisfies.

So, the diff is
$(450k-330) or $(310k-190k)

which equals $120k.
