Thanks for your post. I'm not 100% sure I fully understand the question, but let me offer the following information in hopes that it clears things up a bit:

1) On November 17th, the day you take the GMAT, you will be given your score instantly (overall score as well as math and verbal breakdowns, etc). You will receive it in the form of an 'unofficial score report' at the test center. A few weeks later, once Pearson has graded the AWA section of the exam you will get the 'offical score report'.

2) In the case of most schools, as long as you have your unofficial score by the point at which you apply (e.g. Dec. 1st in this case) you should be ok. Meaning, in the online application, you will self-report your test scores anyway (as the school will verify them at a later date) and the self-reported score is usually enough for the school to work with until they've decided to admit you or not (at which point they verify, etc).

Some schools have slightly different rules, so it may make sense to verify the timing of the GMAT, but overall, my suspicion is that you should be fine. You might also contact Pearson to see how long it usually takes for them to furnish schools with official scores, etc - but again, I dont' expect this to be an issue.
