If n>0, which is greater, 20 percent of n or 10 percent of the sum of n and 0.5?
1. n<0.1
2. n>0.01
0.2n > .1(n + 0.5)?
2n > n + 0.5
n > 0.5

Question rephrased: Is n > 0.5?

Statement 1: n < 0.1
Hence, it is not possible that n > 0.5.
SUFFICIENT.

Statement 2: n > 0.01
If n = 0.02, than n < 0.5.
If n = 1, then n > 0.5.
INSUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is A.
