hey friends need a little help!

by aditya1310 » Sun Jun 28, 2009 10:47 am
hi all,

This is my first post ever on any forum.. i am a software engineer working with a reputed firm for sometime now.. i have planned to take the gmat in few months from now(around SEPT END 2009).. i have been an average student throught and would really like to "BEAT THE GMAT".
I have joined a coaching centre but would like you all to please guide me through.. i know the basic structure.. but if u could help me out with a study plan (including time in hours everyday and necessary topics) i would be really happy. I really want to change my career to management and wish to score 700+ in any case.. Please help... i can work hard and put in efforts but lack of guidance from experienced sources is the problem.
I would like to thank all in advance.

I would either recommend signing up for a prep course, which lays out all the strategy for you, or else look into the official GMAC sofware, which comes with tips on how to break down the material and study methodically. Prep courses are worth it though---very professional and thorough and most have guarantees (I know that Veritas allows you access to the course and instructors, etc. until you get the score you want)...good luck!
