There is no simple formula or method for seeing the right answers in CR. Here are some things to consider though.
There really is one right answer to an official CR question. There will be some TIGHT logical reason why that one answer is the right answer. So if you really see what is going on in the argument and the answer choices, you will know which answer choice is clearly the best.
Kinda sorta seeing what is going is not going to work out. Kinda sorta seeing what is going on in the argument and answer choices will get you to the result you are getting, which is to have two or more answer choices that both seem possibly right. So, you won't rock CR by using "This one seems kind of right." type of thinking. You need to really see the logic of the arguments and the answer choices and use tight logical thinking when choosing among the answer choices.
If you REALLY see what is going on, only one of those two answer choices you are considering will seem right and the other will clearly not make sense.
Part of what you could do is seek to notice more details. I have seen people get CR questions wrong because they didn't notice single words in arguments or answer choices. Don't blow off or skim over words, or parts of the arguments or answer choices. Notice every detail.
One way to get better at all this is by doing practice questions on an untimed basis. Do them slowly and carefully, seeking to get a high hit rate. If you don't see an answer, sit there working on the question until the right answer becomes crystal clear, even if doing this takes way longer than two or three minutes. Worry about the clock later. You need to learn to get right answers first. Go to the explanations only as a last resort. That way you will develop skill in analyzing the situations and arriving at the right answers. Then once you are good at catching details and at clearly seeing the logic of what is going on, you can speed up, seeking to maintain a high hit rate.
