OA is e.

I want to know do we use has after and in this type of cases and explaint hte oa pl.[/u]

A is wrong because of do it.

BD
has devoted is incorrect tense here

CE
"to that end" seems better than "to such an end"
so E is the answer.

However I am not convince with the use of word "end" here.
Can anyone please put more light on this.
