here is an approximation

write down the formula for a cylinder
area = height ( area of a circle)
= H ( pie r^2)

next since 3 cc/ft = .1 ft then 30cc = 1

plug in for 1 h

30cc = 1 (pie r^2)
30 = 3.14 r^2
10 = around r^2

3*3 = 9

r is approximately 3
