Problem1

There are 66000 physicians.
So 20 percent of them is 13200, 10 percent of these is 1320.
so 1320 voted for X. therefore, 13200-1320 voted against X.
=11880

When such problems are asked, take the total amount as 100.
after 10 percent discount, price is now 90.
again a 10 percent discount on 90 means 9.

So total 10+9 = 19 rupees discount. this is for 100 ruppes.

So percent is 19.
