GMAT on 2/22, how to proceed?

I'm retaking after scoring a 660 in November 2007. Scored a 38 V and 42 Q on the previous test. This time around I'm aiming for upwards of 700 and started with the OG 12th edition last night. I also bought the Kaplan advanced book.

I plan on studying 2-3 hours M-Th nights, 4-5 hours Friday nights, and 10-12 hours on weekends.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for prep materials or studying strategies to help me get the desired result.

Well if GMATTERS2Me is planning on taking the exam on 2/22, that's less than 3 months. Let's look at the facts and look for areas of improvement. 42V and 28Q to me seems like we need to get your Quant score up. When was the last time you took a CAT exam? I would start with a CAT exam that provides a detailed report on the topics you need work on. Then go from there...

If you just study all of the guides, you may not be studying the most effective way. Determine your baseline first. Also, if I'm not mistaken, a 660 in 2007 would be equivalent to a slightly lower score now. Remember they've made the exam harder since then by adding more DS questions.
