Some might remember the profile from 9 months back. I managed a 710 Q 44 V 44 on the GMAT yesterday. A lot of my priorities have changed so here goes.

Work ex: 9 years ( by sept 2014)
10th : 88%
12th: 81.4%
BEngg Ece : 64% from Visveswaraiah institute of tech( but on a comparative scale this should be 3.3 ish)

Gmat- 710 (92%ile) Q 44 V44
5 years in IT and ITES sales and marketing, serviced 300+ clients from over 37 nations.
3.5 years of entrepreneurial experience
Bitten by bug in 2010, finalist in Economic Times Power of Ideas 2010
Set up own console gaming and cafe in 2011 Mar called Gamerlounge
Set up own rooftop restaurant + Banquet hall + Gaming lounge in 2011 Oct called Angaraa
As an entrepreneur I set up Angaraa from scratch- designing, procuring materials, executing the plans, hiring the workforce, training and implementing best practices and managing day to day operations of Angaraa. This is apart from my stated job functions of marketing, brand building and corporate communication.

Among top 78 young leader in the country beating 17000 other participants in Economic Times Young Leaders 2012.

Significant extracurriculars :
1. Started own NGO in indore called Cuddlestreet in dec 2010 as there was no welfare organization for street dogs. Cuddlestreet works towards rehabiliatation of dogs, treatment for sick creatures and adoption of indian puppies.
2. Manage a food blog since 2008 called Indianculinaryguide. Avid cook and host.

Strategy consulting and operations management is what excites me.Hate finance. Further down the line I plan to start my own resort.

Cost of the course will be a limitation. Anything above 60-70k US is a stretch.
I am applying to most Canadian colleges like Schulich, Sauder and Haskayne.
My question to you is-

1. would the absence of big brands in both education and work hamper my chances?
2. Is the economic scenario in europe good enough to consider IE, ESADE and Rotterdam?
3. Is Insead/LBS an option?
4. Is there any chance of me making it with scholarship in the US and does the current Opt visa make that a viable proposition?
5. Is my rationale behind Canada ( easy pr, low cost of living, ROI) valid?

Thanks in advance.
Regards
Vidyut
